Now that the academic year has finished it's that time when lots of 
committees change and lots of societies have handovers. As you are 
listed as an admin for a society or venue on Camdram, you are receiving 
this email as a reminder to ensure that our records are kept up-to-date 
during any changes in commitee.

To help ensure continuity, please take a moment to check that all new 
members have a working Camdram account and that they are listed as 
admins for your society or venue. You should also check that outgoing 
committee members are removed from the list after the new admins are 
added.
